ADOPTION PENDING

Greg is ready to be friends with anyone he encounters and would be happy to play with any dog he meets. When he was in his Louisiana foster home he played with the resident pig. He's been settling into his Florida foster home now since mid December and loves his foster dad, but then he loves everyone who comes to visit too!  Greg really enjoys affection and attention, and checks in with his papa periodically giving him gentle kisses before he runs off seeking his next adventure. A home with another young, playful dog would be ideal for Greg. He and one of the other beagles in his foster home will run for a long time, chasing each other, wrestling, and playing hide and seek. When foster dad is not at home Greg is fine being crated and he sleeps there at night as well. Because he is still young, he might get into some mischief if left uncrated and without supervision. Greg has done very well with house training, only marking a little when he first arrived. He is very eager to please both humans and other dogs. Greg did test positive for heartworms and we have him scheduled for treatment towards the end of January.
