COMING SOON TO FLORIDA!
We should have named Gus "Mr Cuddles"! And what a lovely thing it is that he is that way, because when he first arrived in his Louisiana foster home he was frightened by people. It was clear he had never been in a house before. Now his foster mom says, if you bend down to give any dog attention, you’ll get Gus. He might take a little time to warm up to new people, but then he will be YOUR Mr Cuddles :)). Although Gus loves his people, he also plays with the other dogs in his foster home. He is not a high energy player, but we still need to treat him for heartworms so his energy level may possibly increase some once he's recovered. But we think Gus will prove to be a calm, caring companion.
